With over 10 years of experience as a massage therapist and a personal trainer specializing in posture and body alignment, I have always stayed true to a holistic approach, as a professional. fresh out of college I had a desk job and it took a toll on me. I lost 80 pounds on my own and that's when my passion for fitness began. It led me to taking a position as a 9th grade physical education teacher.
After teaching for 4 years I decided to learn more about how to heal the body through massage therapy and get ta personal training certification to further my education in fitness. The pandemic really opened my eyes to the importance of staying healthy and that was my inspiration for Generational Health Group. With my experience and passion, I’m here to help you and your team create awareness to self.
