GHG works as both a wellness systems consultant and a program provider. We help organizations design the structure, install the operating rhythm, deliver the right services and use aggregate reporting to guide what happens next.
Program management: clarify responsibilities and coordinate the work behind the program.
Flexible delivery: define on-site and virtual activities around your workforce.
Participation: track engagement and review what employees use.
Results with context: review aggregate feedback and agreed program measures.
Participant safeguards: agree on appropriate collection, access and reporting before launch.
A strategy consultation defines the scope that fits your organization.
Your agreed program may include:
On-site chair massage and recovery sessions
Stress management and self-care workshops
Movement, posture and mobility coaching
Wellness technology and tracking, where included in scope
Recurring activities and wellness challenges
Aggregate participation and feedback reports
Every organization has different priorities, benefits and staffing needs.
Begin with a strategy consultation to review your current activities and identify where GHG can support your team.

"By far this service is the best benefit offered by this company that we are given as employees."

The CEO of Generational Health Group and a dedicated wellness professional passionate about helping people and organizations build healthier, more balanced lives.
My journey started at a desk job fresh out of college, where long hours and unhealthy habits caught up with me. I lost 80 pounds on my own—that experience sparked my passion for fitness and later led me to become a 9th grade physical education teacher.
After four years of teaching, I expanded my knowledge with certifications in massage therapy and personal training, specializing in posture and body alignment.
The pandemic underscored for me just how critical health really is, and that’s when Generational Health Group was born. Our mission is simple: to make wellness an investment, not just a perk.
At GHG, we believe health is generational. Habits are passed down, for better or worse. Exercise, nutrition, and self-care aren’t luxuries—they’re the foundation for preventing disease and building a healthier legacy. That’s why we design programs that are realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable.
Just as companies provide 401(k) plans for financial security, we provide a health plan for longevity—simple strategies that help employees stay well enough to enjoy the life they’ve worked for.

We understand that you still may need to know more.
Our programs are customized to your company’s size, goals, and culture. Most clients find that their investment is less than the cost of a weekly coffee per employee.
Absolutely. On average, our clients see a 2–3x return through reduced turnover, fewer absences, and improved employee morale. In many cases, retaining just one employee covers the cost of the entire program.
Every partnership begins with a Free ROI Audit so you can see exactly what wellness could mean for your organization before you invest a single dollar.
