These terms apply to the public website and SMS communications of Generational Health Group LLC (GHG). Please contact us with questions before using these services.

Website and service information

This website describes our organizational wellness, consulting, program delivery, and HCI Property Signal services. Website content is general information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, emergency assistance, or a guarantee of a particular health, financial, or property outcome. Specific services, scope, scheduling, pricing, cancellation, and payment arrangements are confirmed separately in the applicable service agreement.

Appropriate use

Use the site lawfully and provide information you are authorized to share. Do not use it to send harmful content, interfere with website operation, or submit another person’s private information without authority. Please do not send medical records or sensitive health information through public inquiry forms or chat.

SMS program

GHG sends inquiry follow-ups, scheduling and appointment communications, service updates, and promotional messages where the recipient has opted into the relevant message category. SMS enrollment is voluntary. Providing a phone number or sending an inquiry does not, by itself, authorize promotional texts. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your requests, services, and selected preferences. Your carrier may charge for messages and data in either direction. Contact your wireless provider about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to a GHG text to unsubscribe. A confirmation of your opt-out may follow. To enroll again, use the original opt-in process. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected] or 614.869.9006. Contact us if your phone number changes so we can update your preferences.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the information collected, how it is used, service-provider processing, mobile-information protections, and choices available to you.

Other sites and updates

Third-party sites linked here have their own terms and privacy practices. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an effective date. Any signed service agreement and rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law remain in effect.
